Pilot Scale Fractional Distillation Equipment
The key to a good fractional distillation system is a high efficiency distillation column. B/R manufactures distillation columns with 15 theoretical plate sections (approximately 110 cm), stackable to 2-3 units for 15, 30, or 45 theoretical plates.
Boilers are 50-1000 liters. Construction is stainless steel (electropolishing available). These are packed-column systems for development and small production, not spinning-band micro work. For 1-50 L glass/Teflon lab systems see the 9600. Full range: fractional distillation apparatus.
